Vinification & Aging: Fermented on native yeast, 30% whole cluster, on skin for 14-18 days. Aged for 22 months in 265L Hungarian oak barriques, 30% new.

Vineyard & AVA: Paper Street Vineyard in the Willow Creek District, Paso Robles

Tasting Notes: Aromas of fresh rose water and crushed violet petals, tantalizing spices & resinous cedar fill the glass on the 2020 Tarragona. The palate reveals warm cherry pie, fresh pipe tobacco, leatherm and pomegranate seed. The vibrant velvety finish lingers like striking a finger across velvet. Drink now through 2030.
