A vibrant nose filled with muddled strawberries and cassis that develops further on the palate, showing a balance of acidity and fine-grained tannins. Bright flavors of pomegranate, Bing cherries and ripe raspberry and earl grey tea. Enjoyable as a young wine, but this exemplary Carignan blend will evolve over the next eight years.
