2020 Toro de Paso
Blend: 74% Tempranillo, 13% Graciano, 13% Merlot
Fermented on native yeast, 30% whole cluster, on skin for 14-18 days. Aged for 22 months in 265L French oak barriques, 30% new.
Deep purple-hued, with lots of ripe dark cherry and berry fruits, it’s medium to full-bodied and has ample floral, spice, and meaty nuances, a gorgeous texture, and outstanding length. It’s certainly known as our flagship wine.
