A wine intended to tell a story of the wonderful grape varieties grown in Paso Robles, the Straight Out of Paso 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and robust yet approachable, finding a wonderful balance between fruit and spice. Notes of roasted bell peppers and pine needles are followed by white pepper, ripe plum and blackberry, with each sip introducing more flavor and complexity. Aged 24 months in French oak.
